This credit-card-sized card is suitable
- for passive protection against electrosmog. Worn on the body, the BioProtect Card neutralises the biologically negative effect of electromagnetic waves emitted by, for example, a switched-on mobile phone, a computer monitor, and similar devices.
- for active protection against electrosmog. Attached to electrical devices – such as a PC case, the back of a computer screen or television, a microwave oven, or the household electricity meter – the BioProtect Card likewise neutralises electrosmog. In the same way, the electrosmog from a mobile phone mast can be neutralised without impairing its actual function. Specially designed versions of BioProtect are available for this particular purpose.

Electrosmog is a ubiquitous and constantly growing concern in our environment. Every electrical device emits electromagnetic waves of various kinds, both intentionally and unintentionally. Since a large number of electrical processes take place within the body – at the cellular, molecular and intercellular level – it is reasonable to assume that these processes are influenced by external electromagnetic fields. That such influence could affect health has become impossible to ignore, given the health complaints frequently associated with mobile phone use. There is already a considerable body of serious scientific research documenting the negative biological effects of electromagnetic waves, particularly in relation to mobile communications. The fact that this issue is largely denied in official statements from manufacturers and governments has other reasons. As citizens, we are called upon to take matters into our own hands. The product I developed, BioProtect, is one of many necessary steps in this direction.
During the development of BioProtect, the effect of various types of electrosmog on the body was investigated through electrical measurements at acupuncture points. This measurement method was developed approximately 50 years ago by the German physician Dr Reinhold Voll and is known as electroacupuncture. The method reveals clear stress responses, even when the person concerned does not perceive them subjectively. Mobile phone electrosmog proved to be particularly persistent in its effects.
Once it became possible to determine the nature and intensity of electrosmog through measurements at the acupuncture system, it was a natural next step to use the same method to search for ways of preventing these negative effects of electromagnetic fields. Such approaches were found and practically applied in BioProtect.
In doing so, it became apparent that electromagnetic waves consist of two types. The first is the transverse wave. Its direction of oscillation is perpendicular to the direction of propagation – much like a wave on the surface of water that moves up and down as it travels horizontally. This is the only type of wave used in technology today, and existing measuring instruments measure only this transverse wave.
The second type is the longitudinal wave. Here the wave oscillates along the direction of propagation, similar to sound. It is also called a scalar wave or Tesla wave, after its discoverer Nikola Tesla, more than a hundred years ago. Even in Tesla's time it was not properly understood and was subsequently ignored because it could not be measured with technical instruments. However, since it has – unlike the transverse wave – clear biological effects, it can be measured using biological methods, such as electroacupuncture, as well as through the growth of cell cultures or changes in brainwaves as recorded by EEG. These biological effects of longitudinal waves are what we refer to as electrosmog. Longitudinal waves have different physical properties from transverse waves. They were discovered by Nikola Tesla over a hundred years ago, and their theory has more recently been described by Prof. Konstantin Meyl. Due to their special properties, longitudinal waves can be filtered out without reducing the transverse wave. One of these properties, experimentally demonstrated by Tesla around 1880, is as follows:
If a receiver for longitudinal waves is brought into resonance with such waves in their vicinity, and the resonance is sufficiently strong, it draws the entire transmitted energy to itself, and other, less effective receivers present in the vicinity are left unaffected. Biological organisms are also such receivers. They respond to extremely weak transmission energies – as low as one twenty-thousandth of the transmission energy of a mobile phone.
The solution is therefore to place a stronger resonator for longitudinal waves than the human body in the immediate vicinity of the body.
Through these electroacupuncture measurements, several principles were identified by which longitudinal waves can be absorbed (see also the presentation "What is electrosmog?", PDF file, 96kB). One principle consists of a special spiral structure of a type already used by Tesla. In his experiments with longitudinal waves, Tesla used flat coils in which the wire was wound in a spiral form. A second principle is derived through a simple, patentable technical process and transferred to crystalline materials such as quartz, or to quasi-crystalline materials such as water. This second principle is applied in the form of a lacquer coating on a film. The combination of both principles potentiates the effect.
The special lacquer coating alone, for example, only neutralises electrosmog on the body when the effective surface is no more than 2 cm from the skin surface. With the BioProtect Card, this distance – or effective radius – is extended to 15 metres through the combination of the two principles. In other, larger BioProtect product variants, this effective radius has been extended considerably further.
A further observation made during the course of the research was as follows. Using the device I developed for detecting longitudinal waves, measurable readings are also obtained when the device is applied to so-called "water veins" or "fault zones". This indicates that the radiation from geopathic stress zones must be of the same nature as the longitudinal waves that constitute electrosmog. This explains why geopathic stress zones can also be effectively neutralised using the BioProtect Card.
For legal reasons, the following notice is provided regarding this product:
- Biological interference caused by electromagnetic fields below the statutory limit values has not yet been proven, and is not recognised, according to the prevailing scientific consensus or by governmental authorities.
- Electroacupuncture is currently considered unproven by science and is not recognised.
- The existence of the scalar waves, Tesla waves or electromagnetic longitudinal waves referred to in connection with BioProtect is likewise considered unproven by science and is not recognised.
- The efficacy of BioProtect products is considered scientifically unproven and is not recognised.
Customer reports:
I find the BioProtect card an ideal and safe means of protection against radiation. Schoolchildren can carry the card in their schoolbag, or it can simply be sewn into a jacket. Our health has improved considerably thanks to the protection it provides. We have been using the card for approximately 4 years. (D. van Heerdt, Amsterdam)
