This essence is helpful when we are dis­tracted or suf­fering from an excess of mental energy, as it opens the down­ward flow of energy from the 6th to the 4th chakra and into the Earth. It also helps us align our thoughts with our hearts and the earth, and the energy behind our speech with the words we choose to express ourselves.

This essence can also be used by those who feel they don't have enough space in their hearts. It facil­i­tates the breaking up and releasing of old, ingrained pat­terns of resis­tance, and helps us realize that even though the breaking of these pat­terns can be painful and exhausting, we will emerge from the process much stronger and more able to radiate our inner beauty and light into the world.
