Grounding

This blend of essences helps us to ground ourselves in a profound way, that is, to stand with both feet firmly on the earth, as well as to be fully in the body and in balance. A good grounding is important for all people, but especially for those who tend to energetically "take off" or are easily influenced by the energy of others.

When we are not well grounded, we often feel that we are "not quite there" or "beside ourselves". Even small things throw us off track and we often forget to take care of our body's physical needs.

This blend consists of the following individual essences:

The single-use bottle can be used directly and has a shelf life of about 18 months.
