Sweet Dreams! Mist

This room and aura spray is our first own creation. Being parents of two young kids we were facing the challenge that after bedtime they would come several times each night because they couldn't sleep or something VERY important came to their mind while they were trying to fall asleep.

After doing some experimenting we found a combination of flower essences and essential oils that helped them to calm down and to fall asleep easily. The newly created mist quickly became an important part of the evening ritual and after we started using it, our "problem" was solved.

The mist works quite well for adults as well, for example when the events of the past day or worries are spinning in your head and prevent you from falling asleep.

The mist contains a combination of essential oils based on lavender and the Australian Bush Flower Essences Black-eyed Susan, Boronia, Crowea and Sundew.
