I am met with Respect

Every day we are confronted with situations where we have to take a stance or push something through – whether we are a team member, a boss or a parent. Our ‘radiance’ – what we send out – is the factor that determines whether the others really understand our message.

The new LichtWesen essence “I am met with respect” enhances our natural authority and self-respect. We can say “No” more easily, and our “Yes” or “No” both carry more weight because of that. In this way, the essence also helps people who are easily overlooked, ignored or pushed aside.

It enables us to assume our position without doubt, to stand up for whatever is important to us, and to let go of the feeling that we always have to fight for our interests. We also appear different: we stand up straight, speak with a sure voice, and use clear words. People with a feeling of natural authority do not need to shout.

This essence helps in professional situations, allowing us to appreciate our own work and let go of doubts or the feeling that “we are not good enough”. In turn, this then leads to an increase in respect from our clients, customers, staff and colleagues.
