We are all marked by our past. Especially by the phrases and we have heard from others very often characterizing us – and which we are finally believing: "You are not creative", "You are slow on the uptake", "You are different from others", "You are exceptional". Whether these phrases are negative or positive, they form a restricting personality framework. And this often prevents us from verifying and changing our ideas about ourselves.
