I flow with ease through my life. I flap my flippers with strength and determination and then I tuck them aside -- it seems that they almost disappear! -- and I glide, turning and flowing with the energy I have generated with my power. I don’t flap my flippers all the time, as many of you humans believe you must!

I am here to guide you into a life of balancing “doing” and “being”, of balancing action and letting go. Let me teach you how to claim your natural ability to put forth effort and then surrender, trusting that your effort will carry you exactly where you need to be.

I am here as the master of letting go to teach you how to trust life more fully, to trust that life is carrying you forward in the right and perfect direction, and that you can let go of trying to make things happen all the time!
