Promotes vibrant life energy and motivation. Encourages action in hopeless situations, strengthens determination and helps overcome dejection and lethargy. The mighty tower of stone and ice of the 3,406 m high Fitz Roy dominates the southern Andean peaks in the far north of Los Glaciares National Park. It is one of the most imposing mountains in the world. Behind this mountain is the continental ice of the South, one of the largest in the world. In the past, this region was inhabited by the Tehuelches Indians. They gave the mountain the name El Chaltèn, which in their language means "volcano". Today it is assumed that they gave this name because they mistook the constantly present clouds at the top for smoke. The mountain was then given the name Fitz Roy by the Argentine surveyor Francisco Peritio Moreno. The essence conveys a vibrant, life-affirming energy. The mentality of the Argentines comes through here. Fitz Roy cheers you up to action and encourages you in any situation, no matter how hopeless. It is like listening to music and going dancing. Your life will be full of action. You will finish projects and tidy up your home and perhaps do the otherwise tedious gardening. Promotes mental clarity and expanded consciousness. Supports inspiration, intuitive insights and meditative states. The Mount Shasta mountain essence works on the level of consciousness and supports a clear, expanded mental overview. It helps you to rise above yourself, gain distance from everyday life and view situations from a higher perspective. This makes it easier to recognise connections, reorder priorities and develop inner clarity. A central area of effect of this essence is the promotion of inspiration. The essence supports creative impulses, new ideas and intuitive insights, especially when the mind is stuck or going round in circles. Thoughts are allowed to expand without drifting into obscurity. The essence is also a valuable companion for meditation. It facilitates access to quiet, centred states of consciousness and brings the user closer to their own intuition. Inner guidance becomes more clearly perceptible, and subtle impulses can be recognised and classified more clearly. The volcanic power of Mount Shasta gives the essence a special dynamic: it often begins gently and subtly, but gradually unfolds its strength as it is taken. This quality makes it powerful, but also challenging to use. Important note on use: Mount Shasta Mountain Essence is not suitable for people with pronounced grounding problems. It intensifies the feeling of ‘taking off’ and should therefore be used with caution. If necessary, it can be combined with a strongly grounding essence (e.g. Stodertal Essence) to balance the effect. Taking it every other day may be beneficial. Key themes of the essence: Mental panoramic view Inspiration and creative clarity Deepening of intuition Support for meditative states Conscious lifting off with stable grounding You can find further information on this product in the following publication(s): Berg- und Wasserfallessenzen in der neuen Zeit [DE]
