Mangano Cal­cite helps us co-create an inner envi­ron­ment of self-love so that all parts of us can feel safe and at peace. Many of us never really feel safe: as a man or a woman, in our rela­tion­ships, or even safe on the planet. We often cope with this lack of basic safety by going into our heads and trying to con­trol our lives from there. And we create depen­den­cies on external things to help us feel more secure, then become fearful when those things change.

Always needing to stay in con­trol is exhausting. The tired­ness we feel is from trying to avoid our fear. So we stay busy working to manip­u­late our reality to feel safe, and this effort keeps us dis­tracted from what we really need to be focusing on which is self-love. This essence helps us sur­render the struggle of trying to get every­thing just so in order to feel the safety we desire. It’s vibra­tion encour­ages us to relax our minds and instead prac­tice loving kind­ness towards ourselves.

Mangano Cal­cite works by helping us make a journey to that sparkle of eternal light that is in all of us. It reminds us that we have a true, inno­cent self that is pure love, and helps us go to the core of our heart to con­tact it. For some this journey can be dif­fi­cult because of all of the self-judgement and self-criticism that has been placed on the path. This essence brings a soft, soothing energy that opens the way to self-forgiveness and self-love. As these qual­i­ties become stronger our self-limiting pat­terns get weaker, dis­solve and disappear.

This essence also sup­ports us in making dif­fi­cult life choices from a place of self-love rather than from a sense of duty.
